The Canandaigua Braves had their season come to an end on Saturday afternoon with an 8-1 loss to Garden City Trojans in the Class B state final at SUNY Cortland.
It was a tight game in the first half as Garden City led 2-1. However, the second half was much different. The Trojans outscored Canandaigua 6-0 to claim the victory.
Drew Williamee scored the lone goal for the Braves late in the first quarter.
Canandaigua finished the season with a 16-6 record.
