Police: Waterloo resident charged with intimidating a witness during DA’s investigation

A Waterloo resident was taken into custody after a witness was intimidated.

Police say Cassidy Ward, 38, of Waterloo was arrested on two counts of intimidating a witness.


The charges are Class E felonies.

Police say the arrest stems from an investigation by the Seneca County District Attorney’s Office following an incident in Seneca Falls.

Ward was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.
