A Marion man was arrested following investigation into a domestic incident.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy S. Haskins, 43, of Marion for criminal mischief.
The charges stem from an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Palmyra. It it alleged that Haskins kicked an entry door to a residence resulting in damage.
Haskins was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
