Police arrested an Odessa woman after damaging property.
According to a news release, the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mia Force-Russell, 21, of Odessa for criminal mischief.
Force-Russell allegedly damaged a phone from the reception desk of the Schuyler Hospital.
Force-Russell will answer charges in the Village of Montour Falls Court at a later date.
