It was made known to deputies during their roadside investigation that Conlin had allowed a 15-year-old male who did not have a driver’s license to operate the motor vehicle on a state roadway. Before being pulled over, the 15-year-old operated said vehicle in an erratic state.

Conlin is due to appear in Varick Town Court at a later date.
