Between the pandemic and inflation, Americans understand shortages. The latest one is a bit more stressful because it’s baby formula.
The supply of baby formula started to get low in Nov. of 2021 and has only appeared to get worse.
In addition to the shortage, major companies like Abbott Nutrition have had to recall brands of formula.

The FDA closed the plant and it has not reopened.
An agreement was reached between Abbott Nutrition and the FDA according to the company and a new brand should be available in 6-8 weeks.
