Starbucks will be open on Memorial Day, but most stores will have adjusted hours. Many stores will either open later than usual or close earlier. The best way to know of your local shops hours is by downloading the app and checking there.
Starbucks kiosks- like the ones in target will observe the hours of the stores they are in. Most kiosks inside Target will be operating from 9am to 10pm on Memorial Day.
