It happened on May 1, 2022, according to a news release from the Seneca Falls Police Department. Berain Winfield, 39, is accused of shooting multiple times at a 23-year-old who was ultimately not injured in the incident.

Winfield was charged with attempted murder, attempted assault, reckless endangering, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal use of a firearm- all felonies.
