Police arrested a Penn Yan woman following an incident involving a vehicle.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Mae Rhoads, 35, of Penn Yan for criminal mischief.
It is alleged that Rhoads threw stones at the vehicle of another person driving by causing damage requiring repair.
Rhoads will return to court at a later date to answer charges.
