Bestmade Products’s move to Deer Run Industrial Park in Seneca Falls has been approved by the Seneca County Industrial Development Agency.
The Seneca County IDA voted 8-0 on Thursday, May 5 to approve the sale of two lots at Deer Run Industrial Park to Bestmade owner Joe McHale, according to Finger Lakes Times. The park on Auburn Road is owned by the county IDA.

Incentives package approved
The board also approved a package of incentives, including a payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement, an exemption from sales tax on materials, supplies and equipment purchased for the company’s new facility and an exemption from the mortgage recording tax for 5.2 acres of land acquired by Bestmade.
Bestmade Products is a manufacturer of metal marine docks.
