Police say a Red Creek man was arrested following report of a disturbance.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert A. Capron, 32, of Red Creek for harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, and resisting arrest.
It is alleged that Capron struck two victims while in the presence of a 10-year-old child. When deputies attempted to arrest Capron, he attempted to flee and physically resisted officers before being taken into custody.
Capron was remanded to the Wayne County Jail and is pending arraignment.
