Police say an Auburn woman was taken into custody on a bench warrant.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kimberley M. Cotton, 31, of Auburn for failure to comply with pre-trial release.
The original charge was from April 2021 where Cotton was arrested for petit larceny at Walmart.
Cotton was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in order to await arraignment.
