Police arrested a Penn Yan man following a trespass complaint.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested David A. Jensen, 54, of Penn Yan for criminal trespass.
Following a complaint at a local senior community living location, Jensen was reported to be at the location after being issued a notice to stay away from the premise. Jensen was located within the premise by police for the second time this month.
Jensen will respond to the charges at a later date.
