Police say an Ontario man was arrested following a motor vehicle accident.
According to a news release, State Police out of Williamson arrested Terry L. Davie-Hastings, 60, of Ontario for driving while intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a personal injury motor vehicle accident on Lake Road in the Town of Ontario. Davie-Hastings was identified as the driver of the vehicle and was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit a breath test.
He will return to the Town of Ontario Court at a later date.
