Police say a Waterloo man was arrested following a larceny investigation.
According to a news release, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kenneth D. Saunders, Jr., of Waterloo for petit larceny, criminal mischief, possession of burglar’s tools, and unlicensed operation.
Saunders was caught on camera drilling out locks on one of the change machines at Wet, White, and Blue car wash located in Ovid.
He is due to report to the Ovid Town Court at a later date to answer charges.
