Police say a Lyons woman was taken into custody on a bench warrant.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Victoria L. Tandle, 24, of Lyons for failure to appear in court.
Tandle failed to appear after being arrested for the original charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
She was taken into custody and is pending arraignment.
