Local organizations aim to combat food insecurity with program for expectant mothers

Local organizations have launched a new program to help expectant mothers in the Finger Lakes region.

The “Kitchen Stork” program will provide up to 50 expectant mothers with food and virtual cooking classes during their pregnancy and postpartum, according to WETM. The program includes a starter kit with pots, pans, utensils, oil and spices.
