Police say a 54-year-old Penn Yan man was arrested after urinating in public on multiple occasions.
Police arrested David Jensen, 54, of Penn Yan for disorderly conduct after being charged in village court.
Over the last week, police say they received several complaints of Jensen urinating in public.
In total, police in Penn Yan have arrested Jensen on four separate occasions due to the public urination.
He was released on an appearance ticket after each incident.
