Canandaigua police say a Manchester man was arrested on felony charges after violating a court order during a domestic incident.
James Grover, 34, of Manchester was charged with aggravated family offense and first-degree criminal contempt.
He’s accused of violating a court order at an address on South Main Street in the city.
He’s accused of leaving multiple voicemails on the victims phone.
Grover was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
