Auburn City Council hears report on new ambulance service

The Auburn City Council got its first look last Thursday night at how the city’s new ambulance service is doing.

Auburn City Clerk Chuck Mason says Director of Operations Kezia Sullivan included some numbers in her departmental budget presentation, and they showed the ambulance service is busy and fast.

Sullivan was hired to launch the new service last August and service began in November. The city service replaced TLC Medical, the private company that provided ambulance service to the city for years. The new service operates out of the fire station at 23 Market St.
