Police say a Penn Yan resident was taken into custody on a criminal summons.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested David A. Jensen, 54, of Penn Yan for disorderly conduct.
Penn Yan Police received a report on April 12 that Jensen was urinating outside of a local apartment complex within view of multiple apartments.
Jensen is due to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
