Police say a Walworth man was arrested following a fraud complaint.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Collin Trelly, 31, of Walworth for petit larceny and misuse of food stamps.
The charges stem from a fraud complaint in the town of Lyons and it is alleged that Trelly allowed another individual to use his benefit card in the amount of $262.62, which violates the agreement.
Trelly was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
