The weather will feel a bit like a rollercoaster over the next several days as the Finger Lakes gets a taste of summer.
High temperatures will soar into the 70s and approach 80 degrees by afternoon.
In the process, a warm front will pass, creating potential for some thunderstorms during the late-afternoon or early-evening hours.
According to the Storm Trackers Team, a few of the storms could even be strong.
A cold front will pass through on Thursday bringing showers. That will mark the start of a cooling trend, but don’t worry- temperatures will still be mild compared to last weekend through Friday.
When the weekend arrives temperatures will drop back further, making it feel a little less like late-spring, and more like early-spring.
