Police arrested a Rochester man following a larceny investigation.
According to a news release, the Geneva Police Department arrested Karl A. Culbreath, 28, of Rochester for robbery and grand larceny.
It is alleged that Culbreath stole a cellular device and other items from another person. He damaged the phone and fled the scene before police arrival. It was discovered that both parties knew each other and the incident was isolated.
Culbreath was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
