The New York Mets Opening Day matchup against the Washington Nationals is still on, but will have a later start time due to the weather forecast.
The National’s announced Wednesday that Thursday’s game will now start at 7:05 p.m. The game was originally scheduled for 4:05 p.m.
With Jacob deGrom sidelined due to an injury, Tylor Megill will get the Opening Day start for the Mets. Patrick Corbin will get the ball for the Nationals.
