Love’s Travel Stops is opening soon in Tyre.
The Oklahoma-based company is tentatively scheduled to open for business on April 14 after more than a year of physical development on the property along State Route 414.
It’s an 11,000-square-foot travel plaza, which will include a convenience store, gas station, Subway, Wendy’s, and other amenities.
Love’s will be located just off Exit 41, which is considered a central point for the New York State Thruway.
The Love’s location in Tyre will be ideal, given the fact that, at least for the time being, New York’s travel plazas along the Thruway are closed for construction.
Love’s has locations in Bath, Binghamton, Canaan, and Ripley, according to its website.
