Crunch fall to Marlies in OT, 4-3

The Syracuse Crunch fell to the Toronto Marlies, 4-3, in overtime on Wednesday night at the Coca-Cola Coliseum.

Syracuse scored a late third-period goal to send the game to overtime, but fell just short.

Max Lagace stopped 21-of-25 shots in the loss.

Cole Koepke, Darren Raddysh and Riley Nash scored for Syracuse.

Michael Hutchinson turned aside 29-of-32 shots to earn the win.

Nick Robertson, Curtis Douglas, Alex Steeves and Mikhail Abramov tallied for Toronto.

The Crunch finished 0-for-2 on the power play and 2-for-2 on the penalty kill.

Syracuse hosts the Springfield Thunderbirds on Friday night at 7 p.m.
