Police arrested two Canandaigua residents following a 911 call from a child.
According to a news release, the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Tonya Beverly, 41 and Jason Beverly, 38 of Canandaigua for endangering the welfare of a child.
Both parents used narcotics together while in the presence of two young children and both suffered a drug overdose.
One of the children called 911 and both adults were saved after police quickly administered Narcan. After receiving the treatment, both parents were later charged.
Tonya and Jason were issued appearance tickets to answer charges in the Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
