The locking mechanism on these chest can fail.

Allowing access to the whatever is inside the chest.

This can pose a risk of poisoning.

There has been two reported cases of the locks failing on these chests.

But there has not been any reported cases of injury.

There is around 7,700 affected chests.

They were sold at Educators Resource and Court Street Office Supplies stores nationwide.

And online at amazon.com.

From January 2021 through December 2021.

If you have purchased these recalled chest stop using them.
