One driver was arrested and another ticketed following a two car crash in Waterloo.
On March 31 deputies arrested Audra Davis, of Newark for aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration. The arrest stems from an investigation into a personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred at State Route 96 and Townline Road.
Davis was traveling south on Route 96 when a vehicle operated by Manolin Roman Jr., of Clyde failed to yield the right of way and pulled out in front of her.
Roman was transported to Geneva General Hospital for treatment of his injuries. He was also ticketed for failing to yield the right of way.
North Seneca Ambulance, Border City Fire, Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, and Department of Environmental Conservation Police, all responded to the scene to assist.
