Police say a Horseheads man was arrested following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, State Police out of Wellsburg arrested Michael R. Cooper for driving while intoxicated.
Following a traffic stop in the town of Horseheads, troopers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on Cooper. He was subjected to standardized field sobriety testing, which he failed, and then submitted a breath test with a reported value of .13% BAC.
Cooper was issued an appearance ticket and will answer charges at a later date.
