Police say a Yates County man was taken into custody on two warrants issued in 2019.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Daniel D. Pantaleo, 46, of Milo for a suspended registration and bail jumping.
Pantaleo was initially charged with operating while having a suspended license. He failed to return to court and left New York State. Once police learned he moved back to the area, they were able to locate him and take him into custody.
Pantaleo is due to answer charges at a later date.
