Geneva man chokes victim during dispute

Police say a Geneva man was arrested following report of a disturbance.

According to a news release, the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Lee P. McKoy, 48, of Geneva for criminal obstruction of breathing.

Upon investigation into a disturbance at a Jefferson Avenue address, was determined that McKoy had choked another person during a dispute.

McKoy was turned over to the Ontario County Jail.
