Yates County took a few moments this morning to honor residents who served in the Vietnam War.
Yates County Administrator Nonie Flynn says the ceremonies coincide with the anniversary of the end of the American presence in Vietnam.

The city of Auburn has also declared today “Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day.” The proclamation was signed by Mayor Mike Quill, a Marine Corps veteran.
