Police arrested a Horseheads man following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, State Police out of Horseheads arrested Michael G. Grow, 54, of Horseheads for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Police conducted a traffic stop in the town of Horseheads where Grow showed signs of impairment. Grow failed a standardized field sobriety test and then agreed to give a blood specimen sample, however refused to do any additional testing. He was charged with DWAI and issued a ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation.
Grow was given appearance tickets and will answer charges at a later date.
