Police say a Penn Yan woman was arrested following multiple criminal complaints.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Jennifer M. Allison, 43, of Penn Yan for endangering the welfare of a child.
Allison is accused of failing to properly care for a child and was charged.
She will answer charges in the Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
