Police say a Avoca man was arrested following investigation into stolen property.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Zachary R. Waite, 30, of Avoca for petit larceny.
It is alleged Waite entered a local business and took items without rendering payment.
Waite was issued an appearance ticket and will answer charges at a later date.
