Police say a Webster man was ticketed following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, Penn Yan Police charged Trevion T. Miller, 21, of Webster with aggravated unlicensed operation.
Miller was initially pulled over for having inadequate break lights. During the traffic stop, it was revealed Miller was operating on a suspended New York State drivers license.
He will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
