Police say a driver was charged following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, State Police out of Montour Falls ticketed John D. Chaname, 41 of East Elmhurst for aggravated unlicensed operation.
Troopers conducted a traffic stop on State Route 14 in Montour and the driver was identified as Chaname. Upon investigation, it was discovered he has a revoked New York State driver’s license.
Chaname will return to the Town of Montour Court to answer charges.
