Police say a Sodus man was arrested following a traffic stop on State Route 104.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nicholas A. Grace, 28, of Sodus for driving while intoxicated.
Grace was initially pulled over for excessive speed and upon investigation he was found to have a BAC of .08% or higher. He was additionally charged with speed over state limit, uninspected motor vehicle, improper front/rear bumper, and depositing offensive matter on the highway.
Grace was taken into custody and is pending arraignment.
