Police say a Corning man was arrested following the report of a suspicious vehicle.
According to a news release, State Police out of Horseheads arrested Joshua S. Crane, 34, of Corning for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
At approximately 1:45 p.m., troopers responded to a suspicious vehicle in the Popeye’s parking lot located in Big Flats. Upon investigation, drug paraphernalia was located on the driver who was identified as Crane. He was taken into custody and charged.
Crane will respond to the charges at the Town of Big Flats court on a later date.
