State Police arrest Ira resident for driving while intoxicated.

Police report the arrest of a Cayuga County resident following a traffic stop.

According to a news release, the Auburn State Police arrested Connie M. Wierzbicki, 41, of Auburn for driving while intoxicated.


Troopers initially pulled Wierzbicki over for speeding in the Town of Victory. Upon investigation she was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit a breath test, and was given a traffic ticket.

Wierzbicki was remanded to the Cayuga County Jail.
