Police say a Palmyra man was arrested following investigation into a domestic dispute.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Benjamin R. Green, 27, of Palmyra for harassment and criminal possession of a weapon.
Green got into a domestic altercation with his girlfriend and it is alleged he threatened her with a sledgehammer and began to swing it at her. He was taken into custody and charged.
Green is pending arraignment at the Wayne County Jail.
