Police say a Macedon man was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua D. Barber, 38, of Macedon for failure to appear.
The initial incident occurred in January 2022 where Barber was arrested by deputies for disorderly conduct. Barber failed to appear in court three times and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Barber was held at the Wayne County Jail where he is pending arraignment
