Canandaigua man charged following traffic stop

Police say an Ontario County man was charged following a traffic stop in the village.

According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department cited Dustin L. Hotaling-Hager, 23, of Canandaigua for aggravated unlicensed operation.

A traffic stop revealed that Hotaling-Hager was operating a vehicle with a suspended New York driver’s license.

He was cited for the offense and will appear in the Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
