The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled forward Boris Katchouk from the Syracuse Crunch, vice president and general manager Julien BriseBois announced on Monday.
Katchouk was assigned to Syracuse on a conditioning assignment on Thursday. He played in three games for the Crunch, tallying one point.
The 23-year-old has played in 37 games for Tampa Bay this season, recording two goals and six points. He made his NHL debut on October 16 at Washington and scored his first career NHL goal on December 5 at Philadelphia.
Syracuse hosts the Hartford Wolf Pack on Wednesday while the Lightning face the Seattle Kraken.
