Police say a Dundee resident was arrested following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Angel M. States, 31, of Dundee for aggravated unlicensed operation.
Police stopped States for operating a rented vehicle on a suspended permit.
States will return to the Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
