Police say a Bloomfield woman was charged following a traffic complaint in Seneca Falls.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department charged Rachael E. Nguyen, 35, of Bloomfield for aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, and an inadequate muffler.
It was reported that Nguyen was revving her engine in a parking lot of a nearby apartment complex. Upon investigation, it was discovered that her operating privileges in the State of New York was suspended.
Nguyen will appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
