State police arrested a Seneca County resident following a crash on Route 326 in Fayette.
According to a news release, Marilyn Weaver, 21, of Varick was arrested for driving while intoxicated and issued additional traffic tickets.
No additional information was provided by state police about the crash.
Troopers said the charges were returnable to Fayette Town Court at a later date.
