Police report the arrest of a Penn Yan woman following an investigation.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Tiffanie L. Simonsen, 27, of Penn Yan for petit larceny.
It is alleged that Simsonsen took multiple items from a local business without rendering payment.
Simonsen will answer charges on a later date
